(Pressure = what you need) There are two ways we can approach this session: AREA-FOCUSED or a full-body SWEEP. The 60-minute works beautifully when you want to target specific tension from daily grind and bring balance back to overworked muscles — maybe your upper body has been killing you? Here, we stay focused, intentional, and deeply restorative. Or, enjoy a good ol’ full-body sweep when nothing major’s standing out. If you’re wanting a thorough full-body session and extra time to properly address those achy, overworked areas, the 90-minute is the better fit — it allows enough time to be effective in the areas that need focused attention while still treating the whole body.
